Preferred* File Type:
Press Quality Adobe .pdf (with fonts embedded)
Adobe InDesign CS3 or below (Packaged to include all links and fonts)
Quark Express 7.0 or below (Collected to include all links and fonts)
.eps files (Single page documents only)
Adobe Illustrator CS3 (Single page documents only)
Adobe Photoshop CS3 (Single page documents only)

Logo Requirements for Stickers and Labels:
Vector Artwork Required (.eps file or .ai files accepted only)
We will not accept .jpg or .gif files

Color Setting:
Process CMYK
(Unless Pantone®  PMS spot colors are required)

Image Resolution for Graphics and Photos:
300 dpi**

Bleed:
at least .125” extra trim space

 

Please include a .pdf file or printed hard copy of your full color printing artwork for proofing purposes.  Adobe .pdf proofs will be provided unless otherwise noted.  The color on a .pdf proof may not correctly reflect the color that will print.  If color is a priority please request a hard copy full color proof.

*If you do not see your file type listed please contact your sales representative to find out if we can accept your file.  (Some file types accepted but not celebrated are Microsoft Publisher, Word, .jpg’s, .tiff, Correl Draw, Word Perfect, etc.)
**300 dpi is preferred, however in certain situations we can accept resolution as low as 150dpi, never lower. If you have graphics that are lower than 300dpi, please notify us and we will make the decision on an as need basis.
